We build quality homes across Calgary through two divisions: Veranda Estate Homes (custom, inner-city, and estate projects) and Veranda at Legacy (our Legacy community homes). As we continue to grow, we're hiring a Site Supervisor / Site Superintendent to join our team.

About the Role


This role oversees daily site operations from construction start through possession. You must be highly organized, technically strong, and comfortable being hands-on. You

must

be tech-savvy. BuilderTrend is used daily to track progress, upload photos, update schedules, and communicate with clients and trades. Clear, professional communication through email is also a key part of the job, as you'll be coordinating with trades, suppliers, and internal team members regularly.
This position requires someone who thrives on solving problems on-site, keeping trades accountable, and ensuring every detail is built properly.

Responsibilities



Schedule and manage job files from start to occupancy Lead site safety, enforce policies, and maintain a clean job site Coordinate trades and internal team members to meet timelines Conduct walk-throughs with homeowners during the build Track budgets, efficiencies, and overall job progress Attend construction and management meetings Use construction tools as required for on-site tasks Provide support, guidance, and training to team members to maintain high standards

Qualifications



5+ years of site supervision experience in residential construction Strong technical construction knowledge and hands-on capability Understanding of municipal building codes and regulations Ability to read architectural plans and engineering documents Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel; BuilderTrend experience is an asset Tech-savvy and comfortable working in software systems daily Must have your own pickup truck for daily use Highly organized, efficient, and detail-driven Strong communication skills and the ability to build solid working relationships
