Job Overview

We are seeking a Site Supervisor to lead on-site abatement operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to a high standard. You will oversee crews (including temporary staff), coordinate site logistics, manage documentation, and report to the Project Manager.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate abatement work (asbestos, mould, biohazard, debris removal, property deconstruction). Enforce health & safety protocols and conduct daily hazard assessments and weekly toolbox meetings. Organize the jobsite and crew to meet schedule and quality requirements. Complete and manage site paperwork, permits, and reports. Supervise, train, and support staff and temporary workers. Communicate with clients and project stakeholders regarding progress and issues.

Requirements

Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract Ability to pass a criminal background check Legal eligibility to work in Canada Comfortable using mobile apps and basic office software

Preferred

Asbestos Abatement Ticket TDG Certificate First Aid certification Supervisory experience in construction or hazardous materials abatement Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills Physically able to lift up to 70 lbs, move contents, and stand for extended periods
