$56.671 to $63,636 annually. Salary scale and wage increments are in accordance with the Collective Agreement


The Opportunity


Provide supervision of Site Services, room bookings and resolve operational issues. Assists in developing new procedures to improve the coordination and client services provided by Facility Services. Provides exceptional client-centred service on a consistent basis to all stakeholder groups. The Site Services Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of the Site Services Assistants.

WHAT IT TAKES


Completion of a two (2) year program in a related field at a recognized post-secondary educational institution. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills including written and verbal fluency in the English language. Strong interpersonal skills including a demonstrated ability to develop, establish and maintain effective working relationships with administrators, managers and staff. Demonstrated team-building skills; proven experience supervising demonstrating the knowledge of principles and practices of employee supervision including work planning, organization, training, performance review and evaluation. Demonstrated office management and supervisory skills and experience.

Additional Information


This temporary, full-time, regular position is available starting December 17, 2025 to January 2, 2027 Hours of work will typically be scheduled Monday to Friday, between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. This position is required to work a flexible schedule based on operational needs Shift days and times may change depending on operational needs Evening and occasional weekend work may be required. The position is located at the New Westminster campus; and will be required to work at all Douglas College campuses and offsite locations Douglas College is committed to supporting a healthy work/life balance for employees. A modified/flexible schedule and/or hybrid work from home arrangement may be considered, subject to the terms of the College's Work From Home Policy
