to join our growing McIlvenna Bay team. This is a full-time position based at the McIlvenna Bay site working either a 7/7 or 14/14 rotation.

As part of the Site Services Team, this position will be responsible for supporting the overall upkeep and cleanliness of all surface areas and infrastructure supporting the MBO project site. The Site Services Labourer will assist with day-to-day tasks to ensure a safe, efficient operation of the site roads, waste, water, concentrator, maintenance facilities and camp.

Job Responsibilities:



Perform daily inspections of the following key areas and report any maintenance or repair needs to the Site Services Supervisor.; + Camp facilities
+ Roads
+ General concentrator area
+ Supporting site infrastructure
+ Water and air lines
+ Fuel
+ Waste management
+ Etc.
Check water meters, fuel levels and propane levels at site storage facilities and communicate daily to Site Services Supervisor when re-ordering is required. Fuel, lubricate and provide minor maintenance on site auxiliary equipment such as generators, light plants, trailers, etc. Record water usage daily and fill water tanks daily; Check lagoon daily and report issues to Site Services Supervisor. Fuel site equipment and company vehicles as required. Collect garbage from designated locations, transport to the main disposal site, and assist with organizing removal when required. Maintain parking areas and walkways according to seasonal needs (snow removal in winter, upkeep during summer months). Shovel snow and keep doorways and walkways clear during snowfalls. Support general site housekeeping by removing potential hazards such as ice, debris, garbage or overgrowth. Refill water jugs and maintain water coolers in camp as needed. Assist with moving site personnel, supplies, materials, or equipment around site or to the nearest community as required. Support camp operations by helping with unloading deliveries, transporting items, and providing labour support to other departments when directed. Maintain an acceptable inventory of supplies in camp and monitor basic supply levels (such as cleaning or general use items) and notify the Site Services Supervisor when restocking is required. Support in loading and offloading of materials to the warehouse Provide assistance to tradespeople such as carpenters, welders and plumbers Assist in confined space activities for maintenance work Provide general assistance to the Site Services Supervisor and other team members as required.

Job Qualifications and Skills:



Must be at least 18 years of age. Valid Class 5 driver's license. Previous experience in camp or remote site labour work is an asset but not required. Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and contribute to a team environment. Strong communication skills and willingness to support various site service needs. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to perform physical tasks such as shoveling, carrying, or moving materials. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, snow, rain). Ability to adapt to remote camp living and working conditions. Operation of light vehicles (pickup trucks, utility vehicles). Use of basic hand tools (shovels, rakes, saws, hammers, etc.) Use of basic power tools (skill saws, drills, snow blowers, weed wackers) Personal protective equipment provided by the Company.
