Scarlet Security & Risk Group (SSRG) is seeking a Site Supervisor for an industrial location in Yellowknife, NT. The successful applicant will provide direct oversite and supervision of all security team members at the site, including shift schedules, training, coaching, and client communication. • Scheduling
• Staff management
• Training of staff
• Attending site meetings
• Assisting with projects on site
• Vehicle patrols
• Emergency response
• Access control
• Monitoring of alarms, cameras, and gates

Required Qualifications:

• Must reside in Yellowknife, NT
• Must have two years of security experience (supervisor experience is an asset)
• Grade 12 education or equivalent
• Fluent English language
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Valid class 5 driver\'s licence and clear driver\'s license abstract
• Valid first aid certificate
• Clear criminal record

Additional Information:

• This position will work 12-hour shifts on a 4-day on/ off cycle.
