Job Description


The Site Security Manager will be located on-site at a global Pinkerton client within the digital interactive entertainment industry. This role is responsible for the development and implementation of highly effective security strategies and policies, oversight of incident and crisis management activities, security-related counsel, and complete investigative and security assignments.

Essential Functions:

1. Represent Pinkerton\'s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
2. Work closely with the client\'s executives to understand requirements related to security and regulatory compliance and to map those requirements to current security projects;
+ Provide on-going security-related advice/counsel.
+ Evaluate changes to the client\'s environment for security impact and present findings to management.
3. Develop, implement, follow-up, and review of security strategies, policies, and regulations.
4. Conduct security analysis, audits, training, exercises, meetings, events, and travel security.
5. Act as client\'s and Pinkerton\'s liaison with local law enforcement and first responder organizations.
6. Oversee the security incident response and crisis management activities.
7. Conduct criminal and proprietary investigations;
+ Complete interviews of subjects and witnesses.
+ Gather evidence, classify, and differentiate investigative elements.
+ Complete investigative reports in a thorough and professional manner.
8. Manage scheduling and oversee support staff.
9. All other duties, as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:

Bachelor\'s degree preferred, and five or more years of security services experience (private, law enforcement, and/or military). Pinkerton is an inclusive employer who seeks candidates with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.

Working Conditions:

  • Occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment.
  • Ability to adjust focus between close and distance vision.
  • Frequent sitting, standing, and/or walking for long periods of time and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.
  • Travel, as required.
