Join us and be a key player in ensuring the reliability and performance of our services, working with cutting-edge cloud technologies.You will be working closely with team members to build, maintain, optimize and develop new products and services for our internal customers. Teams regularly work collaboratively to share experience, knowledge, and insight on existing and bleeding edge technologies. Contributors need to be comfortable collaborating closely and regularly with teammates and product customer groups. The ability to transition from legacy technology to modern services with clear and controlled methods, minimizing impact and performance to production systems is a key component. Clear and through documentation on process and technology is required to ensure developed technology can be properly maintained and supported by external teams.Tech Stack:

As a member of our team, youll work on:

• Barracudas Public cloud infrastructure including its internal Kubernetes cluster(s)
• Automation and tooling for existing products
• Maintenance and improvement of existing products and tooling
• Monitoring and managing performance and spend for cloud services
• Improving observability across our cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, uptime, and reliability.
• Building and maintaining effective metrics, logging, and monitoring solutions, using tools like Prometheus, ELK, and other observability frameworks to provide actionable insights and proactive incident management.
• Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment, testing, and release of software and infrastructure changes. You will work closely with development teams to streamline the delivery process using tools such as GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.

What you bring to the role:

• 2+ years public cloud experience
• Automation and scripting experience with Python, Bash, and/or other languages
• A strong ability to troubleshoot and optimize systems, taking full ownership of incidents and follow-through on resolutions
• 2+ years Kubernetes experience preferred
• Hands-on experience with observability tools and practices, including metrics collection, centralized logging, monitoring, and application performance monitoring (APM). Familiarity with tools such as Prometheus, ELK stack, and Grafana is highly desirable.
• Experience in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines, with a strong background in tools like GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.

Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, the budget for the position, and applicable employment laws.#LI-hybrid
