3. BIM & FastTrack Module Integration

Work in Autodesk Revit with our complex BIM libraries Use Dynamo scripts to automate design and modeling logic Provide site-specific design feedback to the internal

BIM development team

, ensuring requirements are pre-baked into future module releases

4. Data-Driven Site Planning

Use Excel and in-house tools to manage and analyze planning data, including: Parking and loading Waste and servicing Unit mix and GFA Help refine automated tools used for development metrics and municipal compliance

5. Cross-Team Communication & Knowledge Transfer

Serve as the internal bridge between business development, planning, BIM, and design Feed lessons from real projects back into the evolution of the FastTrack system Help define standards and workflows for repeatable, scalable planning processes

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in site planning, preconstruction, or feasibility roles Strong knowledge of GTA/Ontario zoning bylaws and planning approval processes Proficiency in Autodesk Revit with experience using complex modular BIM libraries Familiarity with Dynamo scripting and Revit automation workflows Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with development data Highly organized, technically fluent, and able to manage complexity across teams Experience with modular or prefab construction is a strong asset Understanding of Site Plan Approval (SPA) workflows and municipal submission standards Familiarity with GIS tools, design visualization tools (e.g. Enscape), or parametric planning platforms Interest in design automation, data-driven design, and scalable planning solutions
