The Site Managers support site capacity & patient flow and provide leadership to the bed placement team during standard operating hours. Description:
Reporting directly to the Manager - Site Operations, the Site Managers provide around-the-clock coverage to the University of Alberta Hospital and the Mazankowski Heart Institute. During regular business hours the Site Manager provides effective oversight to ensure efficient utilization of resources to function at optimal capacity. The Site Managers oversee the patient placement team to support and lead the coordination of patient flow ensuring bed allocation and patient movement guidelines are followed.
