We are seeking a dedicated individual with experience in supervisor or manager roles in retail or trade atmospheres to oversee the daily operations of our painting team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a customer-focused mindset, ensuring that all aspects of the projects run smoothly. This role requires effective communication, organizational abilities, and a knack for building positive relationships with other staff. We do not require any previous experience in painting. Training and basic tools are provided.

Duties

Manage day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records related to projects, billing and invoicing. Provide exceptional customer service to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track interactions and improve customer satisfaction. Oversee painting requests, coordinating with owners and contractors as necessary. Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and professionalism. ? Assist in the sales process by promoting services and possible upsell that will benefit the project I.e. including trim to add to look. Maintain effective phone etiquette while communicating with contractors, owners, and team members. Utilize available softwares, time clock, CRM, etc to optimize organization and effectiveness onsite and communication ?with the customer.

Experience

Proven experience in management and leadership. Strong administrative skills with proficiency in data entry and office tasks. Familiarity with customer relationship management systems is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with customers. Sales experience is beneficial for promoting effectively. A background in customer service will enhance the effectiveness of this role.
