Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and proactive
EPC Site Manager
to lead on-site operations for complex marine and offshore construction projects. This role is central to ensuring project execution aligns with contract requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations.###
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily site operations and supervise multidisciplinary teams (HVAC, piping, welding, interiors, etc.). Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with project plans and safety protocols. Review technical drawings to validate readiness for on-site installation. Act as the primary on-site liaison for Engineering, Procurement, and Logistics teams. Represent ALMACO in coordination meetings with customers and suppliers. Track and report installation schedules, progress, and risks to project leadership. Enforce HSEQ protocols in collaboration with the QHSE Manager.

Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in site or project management within marine, offshore, or industrial construction. Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Primavera P6 or similar planning tools is a plus. Fluent in English and French. Eligibility to work in Canada. Willingness to travel and work on-site full-time during project phases.
