About the Role:

OX Management is seeking a reliable and hard-working Site Maintenance Crew Member to support our residential construction partners. This role is essential to maintaining safe, clean, and organized job sites that allow projects to run efficiently and on schedule.

You will assist with general maintenance, site organization, and specialized tasks across multiple active sites. As a key member of our field team, you'll work directly with site supervisors and tradespeople while contributing to high standards of job site presentation and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Site organization and general upkeep Interior and exterior site cleaning Maintenance of temporary site infrastructure (fencing, sidewalk access, signage) Execution of specialized tasks such as water pumping, trenching, and concrete cutting Safe material handling and movement Lock installation and maintenance Installation of temporary safety features (railings, ramps, etc.) Other general labour and support duties as required

What We're Looking For:

Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation to travel between sites Experience with hand tools and basic power tools Dependable, punctual, and able to work both independently and in small teams Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to take initiative Basic construction or labour experience is an asset Committed to safety protocols and site supervisor direction
