Job Summary

Raynow Homes is seeking a reliable and hardworking

Site Helper / Construction Labourer

to support our residential and infill construction projects across Calgary. This full-time role is essential to ensuring safe, clean, and well-organized job sites and helping our project team with material handling and basic site tasks.

This position is ideal for someone who wants to grow within the construction industry and learn practical skills in home building and infill construction.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with

material delivery and pick-ups

(must be comfortable driving between sites and suppliers) Keep all job sites

safe, clean, and well-organized

Perform regular

site clean-up, debris removal, and waste disposal

Support

basic maintenance tasks

such as sweeping, snow removal, moving materials, or simple repairs Follow all

safety protocols

, maintain a hazard-free work environment, and report any issues immediately Assist trades and site supervisors when needed (lifting, moving tools/materials, setting up equipment) Help maintain site signage, fencing, and safety barriers Perform general labour tasks at infill and home building sites as assigned

Qualifications

Ability to

communicate effectively in English

(required) Previous construction or labour experience is an asset, but

not required

Must be physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working outdoors in varying weather Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn Valid Class 5 driver's license Ability to follow safety guidelines and work independently or as part of a team Experience working on

Calgary infill sites

is an advantage but not mandatory
