Dynamic and diverse excavation company looking for an experienced machine operator to come and join our team.

We are looking for an energetic and positive Site Foreman/Leader effective immediately. Successful candidates will be versatile and able to adapt to different working conditions, able to work alone and with our team, know how to work efficiently and safely.

Required Skills

Must have minimum 5 years experience (10,000 hours or more) operating machinery Must be able to coordinate and manage a site, deal with clients, manage sub trades, manage staff Must be fluent in reading site plans, setting elevations with laser, and have a well rounded understanding of material and soil conditions Must be comfortable with precision grading work to specify tolerances Must be reliable Must have a Valid Driver's License with personal vehicle Must have a working cell phone Must be able to work 5 x 10 hr days per week Having a class 3 or a class 1 is valuable but not necessary

The successful candidate will be an experienced Team Leader and have a minimum of 5 years of experience and to be able to work in tight spots and work efficiently and safely.

Wage: $32.00 - $42.00 per hour
