About the Role

Command North Construction Group Ltd. is looking for a

Site Field Clerk

to support our field crews. This is a mixed role that combines

safety & site documentation, field support, driving, and basic reporting

.

You'll work closely with supervisors and crews on active jobsites, helping keep things organized, compliant, and moving smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Collect and organize site documentation from crew members on site Track safety documents and help prepare basic safety reports Assist crew with safety and documentation questions Execute traffic control and post signage as required Drive in mine sites (e.g. Suncor) and escort company vehicles, following all site rules Complete timesheets for crew members Run parts and materials for the crew as needed Fuel equipment and trucks when required Assist the supervisor with daily job and crew tasks Complete simple reports for management based on site activities Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for tracking, reporting, and communication

Qualifications

Experience in construction, industrial, or mining environments is an asset but not required Comfortable with

Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

General computer knowledge and willingness to learn new systems Valid driver's license with a good driving record Comfortable with winter driving, highway driving, and driving in the dark Ability to work out of town across northern and western Alberta

Working Conditions

Field-based role with long work hours Year-round employment supporting multiple industries (Oil & Gas in winter season, construction in summer season) Out-of-town and camp/hotel-based work as required Work in active construction and mine environments
