. The role may also require early morning start times during key construction projects.

We are currently hiring for an Engineering Project Manager role at our Brantford Mixing Centre in

Brantford, ON starting November 2025.




The Engineering Project Manager will have responsibility for leading Project Management and Construction Management practices (safety, quality, schedule, cost) through execution at the BRFC. The role will also require leading the startup of facility, utility systems and the implementation of future project management and construction management systems. Additional responsibilities will include facility master planning, cost savings, throughput increase, flow improvement, and repair, expense, replacement, and expenditure projects at the Brantford Site.


The Site Engineering Project Manager will develop and/or reapply warehouse technology solutions, utilize zero/low-cost capital solutions, and drive North America standardization via application of standard Engineering Work Processes. This role will also have some form of regional/network mastery and accountability, such as Capital Systems Management, Construction Management Process, Material Handling Systems Automation, etc.


The Site Engineering Project Manager is responsible for small to large scale projects related to physical distribution and customization of P&G products in Canada. Coordinates and executes specific project activities and applies technical leadership skills to deliver successful projects with benchmark capital cost, schedule, and high-quality outcomes which meet defined success criteria.
