Who You Are & What You'll Do




Join BeWell Health Centres as a Site Development/Real Estate Coordinator to support the identification, evaluation, and setup of new clinic locations across Canada, with a primary focus on the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).This is an entry-level, hands-on role ideal for someone early in their career who is interested in real estate, site development, and multi-location business growth, and who wants real responsibility and exposure to how physical locations are launched. You will work closely with senior leadership and external partners, gaining visibility into the full lifecycle of site selection and site setup.

Key Responsibilities:




Site Research & Market Scouting (Primary Focus)

Research potential clinic locations across the GTA and other priority markets Quickly gather and synthesize information on:

+ Neighbourhood demographics


+ Accessibility and transit


+ Competitive and complementary businesses


+ Basic zoning and use suitability
Coordinate site tours and attend walkthroughs as needed Document findings clearly and efficiently for internal review
Leasing & Broker Support

Support communication with brokers, landlords, and developers Track listings, availability, and follow-ups Assist in evaluating whether sites meet size, layout, and location criteria Maintain organized records of potential sites and decisions
Site Setup & Launch Support

Support the setup of new locations once leases are executed, including:

+ Furniture ordering and coordination


+ Vendor scheduling (IT, utilities, security, signage, etc.)


+ Tracking timelines, deliveries, and readiness


+ Help ensure sites are fully prepared for opening


+ Troubleshoot logistical issues as they arise

Multi-Location Growth Support

Assist with processes and documentation related to opening multiple locations Help maintain consistency and standards across sites Gain exposure to how location strategy and execution scale across markets

What You Bring



You have a genuine curiosity about real estate, development, operations, or business growth You are comfortable working both in the field and at a desk You are organized, resourceful, and quick to learn and comfortable taking ownership and following through 0-3 years of relevant experience, or strong internship / co-op experience Post-secondary education in business, real estate, urban planning, or a related field is an asset but not required Strong research, organization, and communication skills Comfortable with Google Workspace, Excel, and online research Valid driver's license and ability to travel across the GTA
