SITE MANAGERS MUST HAVE:
Extensive commercial scratch cooking experience and kitchen management skills with at least 3 years experience
Highly organized and be able to positively coach and/or work with other team members.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
Cash handling and administrative work experience.
Possess a valid Food Handling Certificate or scheduled to take the course within the next month.
Have a good attendance track record.
Ability to pass a clear Criminal Record Search & Child Abuse Registry Check
