Your Role: Site Advisor

, you're not just running projects -- you're stewarding FlightLine's reputation on every renovation we touch. You'll lead field teams, manage client expectations, and ensure that every detail -- from contouring greens to restoring bunkers -- meets the FlightLine standard.

What You'll Do

Lead renovation projects with excellence, precision, and calm under pressure. Manage on-site crews (Crew Leads, Operators, Field Technicians) and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. Oversee daily site flow, materials, and equipment coordination. Build strong, proactive relationships with clients, superintendents, and architects. Track job costs, productivity, and schedules using LMN, SiteDocs, and Fleetio. Conduct toolbox talks and lead safety culture by example. Mentor and grow your crew -- turning field technicians into future leaders. Celebrate wins, solve problems early, and always represent FlightLine's brand of

You'll Thrive Here If You

Have

5+ years in golf course construction or landscape construction leadership

. Are confident with

grading, drainage, irrigation, and golf course finish work

. Lead calmly under pressure and know how to earn respect, not demand it. Understand the language of superintendents, architects, and operators alike. Think like an owner -- protecting people, profit, and reputation. Believe excellence and kindness belong in the same sentence.
