The SIOP Manager will lead the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process to align customer demand, production capabilities, and inventory strategies. The SIOP Manager will oversee a team of Master Schedulers, Demand Planners, and Capacity Planners, ensuring effective collaboration to optimize resources, achieve production targets, and maintain service levels.
This role is both strategic and tactical - responsible for leading executive SIOP meetings, improving on-time delivery, managing material shortages, and implementing standardized planning processes. The incumbent will provide leadership across planning disciplines, ensure consistent reporting, and drive decision-making through actionable insights and KPIs.
