Primary Responsibilities

The Signing Authority/Trainer is responsible for training/teaching employees how to drive all Company owned vehicles in a safe and professional manner. The role also includes providing a high degree of customer service in a fast-paced work environment.

This position includes the following duties: * Completion of Driving Assessments

• Instruction of Voyago divisional training as required
• License upgrade training (F class)
• Outside instructional training programs as required by division manager
• Travel to different bases in various regions

Requirements:

Knowledge & Skill Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications that include, but are not limited to, the following:

• B/F license held for a minimum of 3 years
• Possess clean driving record and Criminal Record Search with Vulnerable Sector Screening
• Excellent proven customer service experience.
• Good organization and communications skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours.
• An understanding of vehicle for hire industry.
• Knowledge of wheelchair tie downs and q-straint.
• Possess a clean driver\'s abstract
• Preferred instructional experience in B,D,E,F licenses
• Completion of Professional Instructor in Driver Education (PRIDE) program or IHSA
