Job Description

Impact Signs is a leader in high-quality signage solutions, specializing in highway billboards, mini billboards and mobile signs. We take pride in delivering exceptional service to our clients and are looking for a skilled Sign Technician - Sign Installer to join our team as soon as possible.

This role requires a detail-oriented, hardworking individual with a strong work ethic, good physical stamina, and the ability to work at heights in various weather conditions.

Job Responsibilities

Install a variety of outdoor signs made from wood, metal, and other materials. Ensure all installations comply with company standards and local regulations. Operate hand and power tools, including drills, saws, ladders, and lifts, safely and efficiently. Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on installed signs as needed. Follow all health and safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and compliance with Working at Heights training. Maintain a safe and organized work environment at job sites and in the shop. Work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and Saturdays, based on business needs. Assist in the fabrication and assembly of signs when required.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with measurements and ability to follow installation plans accurately. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working at heights on ladders and aerial lifts. Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.

Communication & Teamwork:

Strong written and oral English communication skills. Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive workplace. Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting deadlines.

Driver's License & Certifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Working at Heights Certification (or willingness to obtain).

Work Schedule

8-hour shifts (Monday to Friday) Weekend work as needed
