About the Role

We're hiring an

Entry-Level Production & Installation Specialist

who will be trained to install a wide range of printed materials, including adhesive vinyl, banners, and posters on various surfaces. This is a hands-on position that requires accuracy, strong measuring skills, and a keen eye for quality.

A valid Ontario driver's license and

minimum 5 years of driving experience with a clean abstract

are essential, as you will regularly drive a company vehicle to client sites for installations.

Key Responsibilities

Installation of Printed Materials:

Install vinyl graphics, banners, posters, and more on surfaces like windows, walls, floors, and vehicles -- with attention to detail and finish.

Production Support:

Assist with printing, cutting, laminating, and prepping materials in the production area.

Site Work & Driving:

Drive company vehicle to job sites for installs and occasional deliveries.

Measuring & Math:

Use measuring tools and apply basic math to ensure accurate placements and dimensions.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the production and installation team to meet project deadlines.

Flexible Hours:

Be available for early morning, evening, or overnight installs as required.

Requirements

License:

Valid

Ontario G Driver's License

with a

clean driver's abstract

and

at least 5 years of driving experience

(required).

Detail-Oriented:

Strong eye for accuracy, alignment, and quality finish.

Math & Measuring Skills:

Comfortable using measuring tools and working with dimensions.

Reliability:

Punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions and safety protocols.

Physical Ability:

Capable of lifting materials and working at heights (training provided).

Flexibility:

Willingness to work non-standard hours when needed.

Preferred (But Not Required)

Familiarity with wide-format printing, laminating, or cutting equipment. Any experience with installations, construction, or hands-on tasks. Working at Heights and Lift Certification (or willingness to obtain).

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
