Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with the installation of various products, ensuring that all installations are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Installer will interact with clients, providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

Perform installations of products according to specifications and company standards. Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition before beginning installations. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates during the installation process. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation and resolve them promptly. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Document completed installations and report any discrepancies or concerns to management. Must have the ability to work at heights

Experience

Previous experience in installation or a related field is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided. Vinyl install experience is a bonus Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in various situations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$21.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
