We are seeking talented and detail-oriented Fabricators to join our creative team. We currently have two openings for multi-disciplinary individuals with experience in fabrication, assembly and installation. These individuals should be creatively driven with strong tools and technical skills to help bring our solutions to life.

Sign Fabricator / Assembler / Installer:
Operational responsibilities
(will include, but not be limited to):
Manufacturing, assembly and installation of signage, displays, exhibitions and brand activations.
Set-up, operation and routine maintenance of CNC flatbed router table & C02 Laser cutter for the manufacturing of custom components.
Lite-duty metal work, including cutting, welding and assembly of aluminum & mild steel.
Preparation of goods and components for finishing (paint & powder-coating) & lighting (12v, 24v, 120v).
Assembly & installations; at ground level and heights (using ladders and MEWP lifts/booms)
Maintaining, organization and digital inventory of ALL materials, hardware and components.
Skills Required
(to support operational responsibilities):
Experienced Tool Operation: Hand & Power tools (including but not limited to Mitre Saw, Table Saw, Drill Press, Sanders, Drills, Impact Driver, grinders, files, etc).* MIG Welding, metalworking, CNC operation, general carpentry & millwork experience.
Strongproblem solving and applied mathematical/measurement skills.
Ability to read and follow shop/engineered drawings and work orders.
Ability to follow established manufacturing processes & ability to lift 100+ lbs.
Experience with configuring low-voltage lighting components and basic circuitry.
Managing JIT (just-in-time) inventory methods.
Additional Expectations
:
Keeping a clean workspace; incl. Daily cleaning, organization & garbage removal.
Ability to FOCUS on tasks at hand, work well independently and in a team environment.
Operation of cloud based project software () & desktop computer systems.
Collaborating seamlessly with other departments to provide project updates and communications.
Prioritizing timelines, managing project deadlines, and reporting to project managers.
Conducting regular safety checks on/and troubleshooting issues with tools and equipment.
Safe handling and disposal of paints, chemicals, hazardous materials and waste goods.
Development of a comprehensive understanding of our manufacturing processes & materials, as well material and product handling best practices.
Must have a good sense of humour, zero drama, and a "roll with the punches" attitude.

The Details
Full-time, on-site role at our Beamsville facility (4696 Christie Drive, Beamsville).
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Compensation starting at $20-$30hr with growth based on experience.
2 weeks PTO, + 1 week unpaid year end holiday closure.
