Job Description

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Designer / Junior Project Manager

to join our team! This role is ideal for someone with design skills who also enjoys managing projects and working with clients from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Create sign designs and layouts (Adobe Illustrator / CorelDRAW) Prepare basic technical drawings and scaled permit drawings Assist with sign permit applications and submissions Coordinate project timelines and communicate with clients, vendors, and installers Conduct site surveys and ensure compliance with local codes Prepare production-ready files for fabrication

Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (or CorelDRAW) Ability to create accurate technical and permit drawings Strong design sense with attention to detail Basic understanding of sign materials and fabrication Good communication and organizational skills Valid driver's license Sign industry experience Experience with sign permitting process
