Siebel Development Skills - 40 %

\xc2\xb710+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration/ design / development / integration

\xc2\xb75+ year of experience of Siebel integration with Adobe AEM , J2EE and etc

\xc2\xb75+ year of experience with Siebel EIM/EAI.

\xc2\xb73+ years of experience with Siebel IP18+ with a focus on configuring / developing.

\xc2\xb7Experience with Assignment Manager, Business Rules, Workflow, Applets, Views, Screens, Code/Scripts and related Siebel Business Layer objects.

\xc2\xb7Experience with Siebel Tools Software and editing Siebel Web Templates.

\xc2\xb7Experience in using Siebel Open UI specific classes and Methods.

\xc2\xb7Demonstrated possession of Siebel 8.x or above certification.

\xc2\xb7Experience in Siebel Open UI Architecture (Physical Model, Presentation Model) and OOTB OUI file structures and limitations.

\xc2\xb7Experience in UI integration (embedding external application in Siebel, Exposing Siebel in External application)

Report Development Skills - 35%

\xc2\xb7Experience in OBIEE and PowerBI report development

\xc2\xb7Experience in HTML 5, Cascading Style Sheet, JQuery and JavaScript

\xc2\xb7Working knowledge of Open UI Concepts-PM, PR, Manifest File and Mapping files

Soft Skills- 20%

\xc2\xb7Strong communication skills; both written and verbal

\xc2\xb7Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions

\xc2\xb7Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams

\xc2\xb7Demonstrated ability to work with functional and technical teams Demonstrated ability to participate in a large teams and work closely with other individual team members

\xc2\xb7Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving

\xc2\xb7Strong ability to work under pressure, work with aggressive time lines, and be adaptive to change

\xc2\xb7Displays problem solving and analytical skills, using them to resolve technical problems

Public Sector Experience- 5%

\xc2\xb7Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead, Management, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService would be an asset

\xc2\xb7Experience with Grants Management would be an asset.
