Oversee configuration and troubleshooting of the Oracle Siebel Solution.
Address technical problems with Siebel and its integrations (e.g., PEP, ONE-KEY, GIS).
Configure Siebel integrations using web services and other methods.
Perform root cause analysis to resolve defects and incidents.
Create and update technical documentation and build books.
Provide and review estimates for features and enhancements.
Work with LRC, Project Managers, and architects on implementation and design.
Design and develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts.
Document development artifacts and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
Manage data migration and integration strategies.
Adhere to I&IT standards, including accessibility guidelines.
Develop testing scripts and frameworks to confirm successful implementation.
Document and ensure designs are scalable for various screen sizes.
QualificationsBachelor\'s degree in computer science or related field.
Preferred Oracle Siebel Certification.
10+ years with Siebel Public Sector solutions.
5+ years with RESTful services (JSON).
10+ years integrating with Single Sign-On solutions.
Oracle Siebel Public Sector 8.x, Siebel IP2018+, Oracle Service Cloud.
Java\xe2\x84\xa2, JavaScript, jQuery, JScript, HTML5, CSS.
Siebel EAI, EIM, Web Services, REST.
Experience with Siebel data modelling and web accessibility standards.
Employment DetailsSalary: &75.00HR - $85.00HR
Benefits: 37.5 hours weekly, Contract, Fulltime, Hybrid
Schedule: 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday to Friday (1 Hour Lunch)
