We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and carpentry, with the ability to work with hand tools and read blueprints effectively. This role involves installing various products and materials, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Install products according to specifications and blueprints, ensuring accuracy and quality. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently during installation tasks. Perform caulking and sealing as required to ensure proper installation. Assist in heavy lifting of materials and equipment as needed. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining safety standards. Conduct routine maintenance checks on installed products to ensure functionality. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns during the installation process.

Requirements

Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or maintenance person roles. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely. Ability to read and interpret blueprints effectively. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites. Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
