Overview

We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction and maintenance person services, with the ability to read blueprints and execute installations with precision. This role requires physical stamina and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship in various environments.

Duties

Perform installations of various products according to specifications and blueprints. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently. Execute carpentry tasks, including framing, trimming, and finishing work. Apply caulking and sealants as necessary for water-tight installations. Lift heavy materials and equipment safely, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the installation process.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction or maintenance person roles is preferred. Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools commonly used in installation work. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Strong carpentry skills with experience in various installation techniques. Capable of performing heavy lifting as required by the job duties. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A positive attitude and ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
