You're a Fit If You:

Have

2+ years

of experience with siding or cladding systems Can confidently and quickly work through problems and solve assembly concerns Can read plans and understand envelope assemblies Work well on a team and lead by example Want a company that

, not just your hours Have a reliable vehicle and valid BC driver's license

Your Day-to-Day:

Install siding systems with a focus on quality, speed, and accuracy Work collaboratively with field managers, site supervisors and other trades Keep your site safe, organized, and moving forward

Extras That Set You Apart:

Experience with multi-family or commercial projects Certifications in manlift, scaffolding, or fall protection Leadership experience or desire to move up
