Responsibilities

Install products according to specifications and blueprints, ensuring high-quality workmanship. Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and effectively during installation processes. Perform caulking and sealing tasks to ensure proper fitting and weatherproofing of installations. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety protocols. Conduct inspections of installed products to confirm functionality and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process. Communicate effectively with clients regarding installation details and any necessary adjustments.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Installer or in a similar role, preferably in carpentry or maintenance person services. Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by various installation tasks. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. A positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration.
