Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and carpentry, with the ability to read blueprints and perform various installation tasks. This role requires physical stamina and the capability to handle heavy lifting, as well as proficiency with hand tools. The Installer will be responsible for ensuring that installations are completed accurately and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Duties

Perform installations of various products according to specifications and blueprints. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during installation processes. Conduct caulking and sealing tasks to ensure proper fitting and weatherproofing. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are accounted for. Assist in troubleshooting any issues that arise during the installation process. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and questions professionally.

Experience

Proven experience in construction or carpentry is preferred. Familiarity with blueprint reading is essential for successful project execution. Previous maintenance person experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility in various installation tasks. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties. Pay: $20.21-$41.11 per hour
