About Us:

Norco Modular Buildings is a reputable manufacturing facility, locally owned and operated since 1981. As we continue to experience significant growth, we have expanded our operations to include another 35,000 square foot facility, offering a convenient and centralized location for our team.

Position: Siding Installer/Exterior Finisher

Location:

Aldergrove, B.C.

Responsibilities:

Cut, shape, and install exterior cladding, including corrugated, Mesa, and other types. Install flashing for windows, doors, starter/set, fascia, and termination points. Install rubber roofs (EPDM), roofing pipe boots, blue skin, and exterior building paper. Install exterior windows and apply sealants as needed. Safely and efficiently operate shop hand and power tools such as brake, shears, nibblers, aviation snips, and punches.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience installing flashing and metal trim accessories. Minimum 1 year of experience with exterior siding, including steel cladding, flashing, vinyl soffits, Hardi panel, etc. EPDM install experience. Ability and willingness to cross-train in other departments as needed.
