Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to lead our construction team. The ideal candidate will possess strong supervisory skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers on-site. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment. Utilize construction management software to track project progress and manage resources effectively. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications and standards. Collaborate with project managers to assist in construction estimating and budgeting. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide project execution. Utilize technology for project documentation and communication. Provide training and mentorship to team members, promoting skill development.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques. Proficiency in using technology Excellent blueprint reading skills with the ability to interpret schematics accurately. Strong organizational skills with experience in budgeting and cost estimation. Effective communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team. Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards throughout all phases of construction. Experience in building envelope siding, roofing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
