Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Siding Construction professional to join our team. This role involves working on residential and commercial projects, focusing on the installation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Duties

Install various types of siding materials according to project specifications and blueprints. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for cutting, shaping, and fastening siding materials. Apply caulking to seal joints and seams for weatherproofing purposes. Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure timely project completion. Assist in heavy lifting and moving of materials as needed throughout the job site. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

Skills

Proficient in reading blueprints and understanding construction plans. Experience as a carpenter or maintenance person with a focus on exterior construction projects. Strong skills in caulking techniques for effective sealing of siding materials. Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely as part of daily duties. Familiarity with various hand tools used in construction, including saws, drills, and hammers. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
