We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and carpentry, with the ability to read blueprints and perform various installation tasks. This role requires a hands-on approach, utilizing hand tools and equipment to ensure high-quality installations. The Installer will work closely with clients to meet their needs and expectations while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

Perform installations of products according to specifications and blueprints. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks. Conduct carpentry work, including framing, trimming, and finishing. Apply caulking and sealants as needed for weatherproofing and aesthetics. Lift heavy materials and equipment as required for installation projects. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times. Follow safety protocols to minimize risks on the job site.

Requirements

Proven experience in construction or maintenance person roles is preferred. Strong skills in carpentry, including knowledge of framing and finishing techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Capability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as needed. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
