Are you experienced, enthusiastic, and team-oriented? Looking for a great place to grow your career? Seasonal Impact has a fantastic opportunity for a Sidewalk Snow Removal crew member. This position is ready to start in November and will have the opportunity to continue work into spring/summer.

Typical start time is 4:00 am.

Sidewalk crews are given a minimum 30/hr weekly guarantee.

What You Bring to the Table

Able to work on-call during the winter season Competency in using property maintenance equipment (shovels, snowblowers, backpack blowers, sweepers, scrapers) Commitment to demonstrate high-quality workmanship, efficient production, and exceed safety requirements Clean and professional appearance, punctual, and dependable

About the Opportunity

Shovel snow manually. Chip ice when needed. Remove all garbage and debris from sites. Apply ice melt/gravel when required. Operates a variety of mechanical equipment such as snow blowers/sidewalk sweepers. Ensures the job is completed in the most time-efficient manner. Maintains a clean and safe work environment, including worksite and equipment. Meet desired production rates, quality control, and safety measures.
