Schedule:

Early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Shifts are called based on snowfall.

About the Role:

As a member of our snow shoveling crew, you will be responsible for manually clearing snow and ice from sidewalks, steps, and walkways for our residential and commercial clients. This is a hands-on, manual labor position using basic tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Manually shovel snow from sidewalks, steps, and pathways using provided snow shovels. Apply ice melt or sand to cleared areas to prevent slipping hazards. Ensure a clean, safe, and accessible path for pedestrians. Work efficiently and thoroughly as part of a team to complete assigned routes. Maintain a professional demeanor and respect client property.

What We're Looking For (Requirements):

Ability to perform intense physical labor for extended periods. Willingness to work in

extreme cold, wet, and wintery conditions

. Reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic. Able to follow instructions and work well in a team. Must have your own reliable transportation to and from our meet-up location.

Please Note: This is a manual shoveling position. No powered equipment (e.g., snow blowers) is used.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

This job requires you to be outdoors for your entire shift in cold, snowy, and icy conditions.

Must be able to lift, bend, and shovel repeatedly. Must be able to lift and move heavy, wet snow.
