Shuttle/van Driver Canmore Based Winter Contract
Job Description
Shuttle our winter guests from Canmore and Banff to the dogsled site at Spray Lakes Provincial park. Up to 4 departures per day. Drivers are responsible for welcoming guests, getting waivers signed, and providing safe transport on winter roads. Daily vehicle inspection reports, minor maintenance, and cleaning required. Work hours can be 6-11 per day, depending upon tours booked.
Drivers must have an Alberta Class 4 or 2 license, clean abstract and winter driving experience. Neat appearance and good interpersonal skills required. Weekend work may be required; knowledge of Banff and Canmore an asset. Housing is not available.
A personal vehicle is required to access the vans; preference is given to Canmore area residents.
Part time work available. The season runs from early December though April.
Summary
As a Shuttle/Van Driver based in Canmore for a winter contract, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a Class 4 License, strong communication, and time management skills to ensure timely and efficient service. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse passengers.
