Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Shuttle Driver to join our team. The Shuttle Driver is responsible for the safe, timely, and courteous transportation of dealership customers between designated locations such as their home, workplace, or other destinations. This position plays an essential role in creating a positive customer experience and representing the dealership's commitment to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service



Greet all customers promptly, courteously, and professionally. Demonstrate sensitivity to customer needs and adapt to ensure a positive experience. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers on the shuttle roster. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and respectfully. Enforce safety protocols in a professional and courteous manner. Safely transport passengers in all weather, traffic, and road conditions.

Support Team Collaboration



Act as a cooperative team player, contributing to dealership goals. Communicate effectively with all dealership departments to support operations and customer satisfaction. Maintain regular communication with the Service Department Manager. Assist other departments as required.

Demonstrate Attention to Detail



Ensure all documentation and digital entries are completed accurately and on time. Plan efficient shuttle routes prior to departure, considering timing and customer needs. Regularly review performance and processes to improve route efficiency and time management.

Commit to the Dealership Brand



Stay informed about the dealership's brand, model lineup, and service offerings. Maintain enthusiasm and professionalism as an ambassador of the brand. Support dealership promotions, specials, and new initiatives. Uphold cleanliness standards in the shuttle vehicle, service drive, and dealership premises. Present a neat, professional appearance at all times.

Qualifications and Skills



Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Positive, professional, and customer-oriented attitude. Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities. Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable. Capable of handling customer complaints calmly and effectively. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions. Basic computer proficiency.

Education and Experience



Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in an automotive or customer service environment is an asset. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as scheduled.
