Job Overview

We are seeking reliable and dedicated Shuttle Drivers to join our growing team! The Shuttle Driver will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently between designated locations in Revelstoke and Kelowna, British Columbia.

This role requires excellent customer service skills, basic vehicle knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively in English. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial driving and a commitment to maintaining a safe and pleasant travel environment for all passengers.

Class 4 Unrestricted Drivers Licence is required

Responsibilities

- Safely operate shuttle vehicles while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.

- Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking.

- Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the shuttle vehicle, performing routine inspections and minor mechanical maintenance as needed.

- Communicate effectively with passengers regarding schedules, routes, and any changes in service.

- Ensure timely arrivals and departures at designated stops while managing passenger expectations.

- Keep accurate records of trips, including passenger counts and vehicle maintenance logs.

- Address any passenger concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

Experience

- Previous experience in commercial driving is preferred.

- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

- Proven customer service experience with a focus on providing a positive passenger experience.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.
