Overview

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Shuttle Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently between designated locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Duties

Safely operate shuttle vehicles to transport passengers to and from specified locations. Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in safe operating condition. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shuttle vehicle. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with their needs and addressing any inquiries. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding schedules and passenger needs. Perform basic maintenance tasks on the shuttle vehicle as needed, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure and from time to time installing chains. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.

Qualifications

Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) Class 1,2 or 4 for 15 passenger Van is required and a clean drivers abstract. Strong mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance on vehicles. Proficient in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with passengers and team members. Previous experience in customer service is preferred, demonstrating the ability to interact positively with diverse groups of people. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to ensure clear interactions with passengers and staff. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays as needed. Pay: $25.00 per hour
