This position is for 4:00 am to 10:00 am 3 times a week with room for more shifts if needed .

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a

Customer Service & Parking Attendant

. In this role, you will greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, manage parking operations, and help shuttle guests to and from the airport in a timely and safe manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and check in guests in a friendly, professional manner Provide information about parking services, rates, and procedures Assist customers with luggage and boarding the shuttle bus Safely operate shuttle vehicles between the parking lot and airport terminal Monitor parking lot activity and maintain organization of parked vehicles Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and payments Perform routine vehicle checks (e.g. lights, oil) Maintain a clean and professional work environment, inside and outside Assist in snow clearing and minor lot maintenance when needed

Qualifications:

Must be 25+ for insurance proposes Valid Nova Scotia driver's license (Class 5) Previous experience in customer service Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Comfortable working early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays
