Shuttle Driver

Responsibilities of a

Shuttle Driver

Driving, rearranging and moving vehicles on the lot

Inspecting and reporting any vehicular damages

Maintaining lot security and cleanliness

Verifying vehicle serial numbers for invoices

Safely transporting customers to and from the dealership in a NewRoads shuttle when required

Greeting service customers upon arrival

Assisting in the management of service waiters

Assuring a high level of customer satisfaction

Greeting customers upon arrival and check-in vehicles to our Service Department

Sanitizing customer vehicles on drop-off and pick-up

Communicating with Service Advisors regarding customer appointment details

Liaising between Service Advisors and staff throughout the dealership

Being aware of shuttle bus schedules/availability to assist in coordinating drop-off and pick-up arrangements. Working closely with customers to ensure their shuttle needs are confirmed and fulfilled

Assisting in lot organization when applicable.

Efficiently and correctly promoting the dealership service department

Assuring a high level of customer satisfaction

Additional duties as required
