Role Summary:





The Shuttle Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and courteous transportation for customers, staff, and vehicles between dealership locations, service appointments, and other designated destinations. The ideal candidate is professional, punctual, customer-focused, and committed to delivering an excellent experience while adhering to all traffic and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:



Safely operate dealership shuttle vehicles to transport customers, staff, and vehicles as required. Provide friendly, professional, and courteous service to all passengers. Maintain an accurate log of trips, mileage, and fuel usage. Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and in proper working order before each shift. Conduct basic inspections of shuttle vehicles, reporting any mechanical issues to the service department. Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and dealership policies while driving. Assist customers with boarding and exiting vehicles, including loading and unloading luggage or personal items when required. Communicate effectively with service advisors and staff regarding pick-ups, drop-offs, and scheduling changes. Maintain the shuttle vehicle in a clean and organized condition, both inside and out. Perform other duties as assigned to support the service department and dealership operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:



High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial license (Class 4 or equivalent) an asset depending on local regulations. Previous driving experience, preferably in a customer service or shuttle/transportation role. Strong knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and safety regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, courteous, and customer-focused demeanor. Ability to manage time effectively and follow schedules accurately. Basic vehicle maintenance awareness preferred.
