Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Junior Service Advisor for internal work orders, appointment coordinator and shuttle driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for internal work orders, coordinating appointments and transporting customers to and from our dealership while providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive operations, a working knowledge of vehicles and possess excellent communication skills to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

Safely drive customers to their desired destinations in a timely manner. Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their appointment needs. Process internal work orders Maintain a clean and organized shuttle vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition. Communicate effectively with dealership staff regarding customer arrivals and departures.

Requirements

Previous dealership experience is preferred but not mandatory. Working knowledge of vehicles Proven customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with clients. Familiarity with automotive repair processes is beneficial for assisting customers effectively. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
