Role Profile:





WinSport is seeking a safe, reliable, and guest-focused individual for the position of Shuttle Driver. As a key part of the Guest Experience team, you will provide safe and timely transportation for guests and team members across WinSport facilities.



This role requires excellent driving skills, strong situational awareness, and a genuine commitment to guest service. Candidates must demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for passengers.

What will you do:




Operate WinSport shuttle vehicles safely and efficiently while complying with all traffic laws, organizational policies, and safety procedures. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, reporting and maintenance needs or safety concerns immediately. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of shuttle vehicles to ensure a professional and welcoming environment. Support smooth operations during peak periods by adjusting routes or schedules as directed by leadership team members. Greet and assist passengers with a positive, professional, and friendly attitude. Provide clear information to guests regarding WinSport facilities, programs, and schedules while in transit. Assist passengers with mobility needs, luggage, or equipment to ensure a safe and comfortable experience. Respond to guest concerns professionally, escalating issues to leadership team members when necessary. Work closely with Guest Experience colleagues and leadership team members to coordinate shuttle schedules and ensure timely transport. Support fellow team members during busy periods, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork. Share guest feedback with leadership team members to help identify opportunities for improving transportation services. Accurately track and monitor passenger counts and rides per shift to enhance operational reporting. Other Duties as Required

What will you bring:




Valid Class 4 Driver's License (or equivalent commercial passenger license) with a clear driver's abstract. Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and safe driving practices Current criminal record check. Physically capable of assisting guests with bags, equipment, or mobility needs. Experience working with the public in a guest-facing role is an asset. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a variable schedule. Must have open availability during the peak season of December 20th to January 4th.

What will your working conditions be:




Must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and irregular shifts. Must be able to maintain a high level of positive energy throughout the day. Ability to drive in variable weather conditions, including cold temperatures, snow, and wind. Ability to lift 10 - 25 lbs. on an infrequent basis. Extended periods of sitting and driving.

What to expect after applying:



This role is a temporary position for the 2025/2026 winter ski and snowboard season. Applicants must be available on Friday evenings and Weekends. Applications close on Friday, 31st October 2025. In-person interviews will be held between Monday, 12th October 2025, - Friday, 7th November 2025.
