THE OPPORTUNITY

As one of the Ambassadors of the Club, the Shuttle Driver is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the Club's shuttle service. This role will meet and greet members and guests, answer their questions and pick up/drop off on a timely basis.

The Club will have a group of Shuttle Drivers so this would be a great position for someone looking to work for a few hours a week. We have mornings, afternoons and evenings available. We are looking to create a pool of drivers for flexibility.

If customer service is your strong point, you have a clean driver's abstract and you possess excellent communication and organizational skills, this could be the role for you!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet and provide excellent customer service to members and guests. Pick up and drop off members and guests throughout the day within our communities. Politely and effectively communicate information to members and guests concerning the day's scheduled activities, evening social events and locations, and any other related information. Ensure the safety of our members and guests. Ensure shuttle is clean at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with customer service would be an asset. Class G license with a clean driving record. Ability to work outdoors in various/changing weather conditions. Perform all tasks safely in accordance with the health and safety policies. Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills. Must be able to sit for longer periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. Flexible, adaptable for changing priorities. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Reliable, punctual and able to work in a team environment.
