Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and professional Shuttle Driver to safely transport passengers within designated routes. This role requires excellent communication skills, a clean driving record, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. The Shuttle Driver will play a vital role in ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and timely arrivals, contributing to the overall efficiency of our transportation services. Base pay + pick up and drop off pay and additional gratuity.

Duties

Safely operate shuttle vehicles along specified routes, adhering to traffic laws and company policies Round trip from North Bay-Toronto-North Bay (same day 12 hours min) Ability to lift, carry the luggage's weigh around 50-60lbs Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, including those with special needs or mobility challenges Maintain cleanliness and basic mechanical checks of the vehicle before and after shifts Provide friendly and professional customer service, answering questions and assisting passengers as needed Keep accurate records of trips, passenger counts, and any incidents or maintenance issues Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure passenger safety and vehicle security Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members regarding schedule updates or route changes

Requirements

Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) Class B with at least 3 years of current experience with passenger vehicles preferred CVOR Abstract (3years), letter of experience from your insurance as well as letter of employment from your current employer stating years of experience will be required Strong communication skills to interact professionally with passengers and team members Customer service experience to ensure positive passenger interactions Mechanical knowledge for basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting Excellent driving record with a focus on safety and responsibility Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats Only Qualified candidates will be contacted for interview
